Yes. If your policy includes extras cover for physiotherapy, you can claim on the spot using our HICAPS terminal. We recommend checking with your health fund for your individual entitlements.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee, as this time could have been offered to another patient.

Yes. All our physiotherapists are registered with AHPRA and members of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA). They undergo regular professional development to stay up to date with current treatment approaches.
